Getting to Know Rising Actor and 'Red, White & Royal Blue' Star Taylor Zakhar Perez

From "Love, Simon" to "Bros," there has been a mixed bag of queer comedies in the last five years for audiences but it's always an exciting when a new LGBTQ+ romcom comes out. Amazon's Prime Video will release a new addition to the genre on August 11 with "Red, White & Royal Blue."

The upcoming film, directed by out Tony-award winning playwright Matthew Lopez ("The Inheritance"), gives us some of the same vibes as the Netflix series "Young Royals" with the plot focusing on the son of a United States president falling in love with a British prince. Taylor Zakhar Perez, known for starring in teen film series "The Kissing Booth" and his role as a porn model in the Starz drama "Minx," is leading the film, set to star as the first son of the U.S. The actor's charismatic appeal and chiseled thirst traps are the best way to get acquainted with him and excited about his upcoming portrayal in the film.
