After Going Bleach Blond, Ricky Martin Shaves Off Beard

Months after dying his beard blond, out pop star Ricky Martin took to social media this week to debut his new clean shaven look.

The "Versace: American Crime Story" star posted a beardless black-and-white photo of himself, adding the simple caption "Afeitao," or "shave" in Spanish.

Martin has sported facial hair for some time now, according to his Instagram. But back in January, he made headlines when he bleached his beard. He captioned a photo of his look "When bored, bleach."

Martin was in the headlines again this year when he reacted to his interview with Barbra Walters from the 90s when she asked him about gay rumors. At the time, he was not out but looking back on the conversation he said he felt "violated." He also said that he believes that coming out has cost him acting opportunities, while calling out homophobic haters.
