Mind, body and soul are important things to take care of. Death Cab for Cutie sung about the meeting of two of them in 2005. And Oprah has a whole show dedicated to one on Sunday.
But Renan Soulza (aka Sousa) nourishes all three and we appreciate his hard work, especially his body. We love looking through his Instagram pictures because of his physique but, he honestly seems like such a nice guy.
Renan lives for enjoying humanity and believes people should enjoy their quest every step of the way. It’s a nice way of thinking even if it’s not always practical.
On his website he says he wants to, “mine and inspire people to live with authenticity, valuing each choice and each detail, to find quality of life, purpose and freedom to create their own journeys.” Is he single? Asking for a friend.
Renan isn’t just about spirituality. He also loves culture; his website is dedicated to it. From fashion to food to traveling he seems like a busy man. He gives people recommendations to foodie travelers looking for a “complete quality experience.”
He says as a child he dreamed of traveling the world and now, he’s doing it. It’s his belief that traveling nourishes people and when they return, they are “positively modified.”
With an incredibly well-kept physique that looks like it was created by the magical chisel of a Greek god, and his caring philosophy of life, it makes sense that “soul” would literally be a part of his name.
