Longtime Federal Reserve Bank employee dies at 39

Nigel Anthony Rodman Oudkerk-Pickett passed away on Thursday, Jan. 14, at the age of 39.
The Dorchester resident enjoyed a longtime career in the property management department of Boston's Federal Reserve Bank. Oudkerk-Pickett was an active volunteer and board member of Medicine Wheel Productions (to raise HIV awareness through the arts); a member of Gays for Patsy (a country-western dance and social service organization); and a member of ReneGaydes, a dance ensemble that performed and competed throughout the United States and Canada.
Oudkerk-Pickett leaves behind several close family members and friends. Services were held on Tuesday, Jan. 19, at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Dorchester.
